I’m so excited to partner up with good2grow to show you three of my favorite hacks to make a party (or special lunch, dinner etc…) more MAGICAL!
We first discovered good2grow over winter break when we were going to look at seasonal lights. 1. TURN THESE DRINKS INTO PARTY FAVORS!
Cute & practical – these are such an easy party favor that kids are sure to love. Their parents will also love that they have no added sugar, no artificial colors and the bottles are reusable! That’s right, you can use them over and over again at home!
Just grab your child’s favorite character bottle, good2grow has hundreds of character tops to choose from making them perfect as a favor for any party, and attach a tag with ribbon to the top!
2. COLOR BABY’S BREATH AS A STAND OUT CENTERPIECE
Do you remember that nostalgic way of dying carnation flowers in science class growing up? Let’s elevate that process and use it to dye babies breath!

TIPS:
1. Make sure the flowers are fresh!! Straight from store and into the dye mixture!
2. Use just a little water and a lot of dye for each jar! (At least half a bottle of liquid food coloring to an inch of water!) When you add the dye to the water stir it with a spoon.
3. Cut the stems up pretty high before placing the flowers in the water/dye mixture!
You should see the color start to take in a couple hours and continue to get darker!
PRO TIP: Start this 1-2 days max before your party for the freshest looking flowers!
3. MAKE A “COLORING BOOK TABLECLOTH”
There’s a reason why kid-friendly restaurants hand out crayons and coloring pages to kids – it is the best for filling in time and keeping them entertained! I love taking easel paper (you can find the roll we keep on hand HERE) and drawing doodles with a gold paint pen (linked HERE).
Lay it across the table (you can also tape it underneath to make it more secure) and lay out crayons that they can use to color it in!
